Effective 13 August 2026.

Accepting these terms

By opening pulseswap.io, connecting a wallet, embedding the swap widget or calling the quote API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use PulseSwap if you are a resident of, located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in a jurisdiction subject to sanctions administered by the United States, including any person on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, or by the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom, or where applicable law otherwise prohibits your use. You are responsible for knowing whether trading digital assets is lawful where you are, and for any tax that follows from what you do.

What PulseSwap is

This interface is operated by PulseSwap.io. PulseSwap is a front end for decentralized exchanges and other aggregators. When you enter a pair and an amount, the interface asks several independent quote sources for a price at the same moment and shows you what each one would pay out. You take the route selected for you, or pick a different one by hand.

The trade itself is not ours to make. It runs as a transaction that your wallet signs and broadcasts to the blockchain, where a smart contract executes it. PulseSwap does not match orders, does not run an order book, holds no balance for you, and cannot move your funds.

PulseSwap is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys, your seed phrase or your assets, and there is no account for us to freeze, restore or reverse. Once a transaction confirms on chain nobody can undo it: there is no chargeback, and no way for us to recover funds sent to the wrong address or spent on a token you did not intend to buy. Losing access to your wallet means losing access to what is in it. Read the transaction your wallet shows you before you sign, because that, and not our interface, is what executes.

Fees and gas

Any amount PulseSwap applies to a swap is shown in the interface, on the quote you are looking at, before you confirm anything. Network gas is separate and it is not ours: it is paid to the blockchain you are transacting on and priced by that network, and your wallet sets it and shows it to you before you sign.

Tokens and your own research

PulseSwap does not list tokens. There is no review, no application and no approval step, because there is nothing to apply to. If a token is tradable on an exchange or aggregator PulseSwap routes through, it is swappable here, and you can paste any contract address into the search field to reach a token that no list carries. Token lists themselves come from third parties, and their inclusion of a token says nothing about ours.

That means the interface will happily show you a token that is worthless, a copy of a legitimate one, or an outright scam. Nothing here is an endorsement, a recommendation, or a statement that any token is safe, legitimate or worth what it trades at, and nothing in the interface is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Check contract addresses yourself, assume anyone can create a token with any name and any symbol, and do your own research.

How you may not use it

Do not use PulseSwap to break the law, and in particular not for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or the proceeds of crime. Do not attack the interface or the services behind it, which includes unauthorized access, overloading or working around the limits of any endpoint, and introducing malicious code. Do not pass the interface off as your own, use the PulseSwap name to imply a partnership that does not exist, or embed the widget in a site that defrauds the people using it. We may block access, remove an embed, or restrict use of our endpoints where we believe any of this is happening.

Third-party services

Using PulseSwap means requests and transactions flow through services we do not run: the exchanges and aggregators that quote your trade, the RPC providers that relay it to the chain, the wallet software that holds your keys and signs, bridges when you move assets between chains, and the blockchains themselves. Each has its own terms and its own failure modes. We do not control them, we do not warrant them, and we are not responsible for what they do.

Disclaimers

The interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at any given moment.

Prices, routes and other data shown in the interface are estimates drawn from sources that can be wrong, delayed or unavailable, and we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness. A quote is a price for one size at one moment. Between quote and confirmation the price can move, liquidity can disappear, your transaction can be reordered or front run, or it can fail and still cost gas.

Smart contracts carry risk. The contracts your trade touches, ours and everyone else's, can contain bugs or be exploited, whether or not they have been audited, and blockchains can reorganize, congest or fork. None of that is within our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseSwap and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any loss in value of a digital asset, arising out of or relating to your use of the interface, whether the claim is in contract, tort or anything else, and whether or not we were told such damages were possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the interface is limited to US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PulseSwap and the people behind it from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the interface, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above is the version in force, and continuing to use the interface after a change means you accept the updated terms. There is no account for us to notify, so check this page when it matters to you.

Entire agreement

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the interface, and they replace anything said about it before.

About PulseSwap

Your keys, your funds, your decisions

PulseSwap routes a trade across exchanges and aggregators and hands the transaction to your wallet to sign. Nothing is held on your behalf, nothing can be reversed once it confirms, and every token you can reach here is one you should check for yourself.
