# Privacy policy Effective 13 August 2026. PulseSwap is built to need as little about you as possible. There is no account, no signup, no email address and no identity check, so there is nothing here that identifies you and no file of personal information to sell or hand over. The surest way to keep data safe is not to hold it. ## What we record PulseSwap does not collect personal information. There are no accounts, no names, no email addresses and no identity checks. The interface keeps a small number of anonymous operational records, keyed to public wallet addresses rather than to people: a record of swaps and transfers made through the interface (information that is already public on the blockchain) used to keep routing reliable, and a per-address record that powers the portfolio view. We do not attach an identity to an address, and we do not try to work out who is behind one. ## What the interface sends PulseSwap is a front end. To quote a price and settle a trade, your browser talks to services we run and to services we do not: the exchanges and aggregators that price your swap, the public RPC providers that read the chain and broadcast your transaction, and the data services behind token lists, balances and prices. Those requests carry the details of the trade and, once you connect a wallet, your address and your IP address, as any web request does. Each of those services is governed by its own privacy policy rather than by ours, as is the wallet software you connect with. Partners can embed the interface in their own sites, where it behaves the same way and this policy applies unchanged. ## Analytics We measure how the interface is used in anonymous, aggregate form, through measurement services we operate or engage. The measurement carries no identity, is not linked to wallet addresses, and is never sold or shared with advertisers. ## Feedback If you send feedback we store what you write, along with the optional nickname and rating you choose to add; the form has no email field and asks for nothing that identifies you. ## Your settings Your slippage, routing preferences, saved tokens and theme are stored locally in your own browser and are never sent to us. ## Push notifications (optional) If you enable background price alerts, two things leave your browser and are stored on our notification server until you disable them: your push subscription (the delivery endpoint your browser's push service issues — it contains no personal details) and the alert rules you created (token contract addresses and thresholds). They are used only to deliver the notifications you asked for. Removing your last alert, or disabling notifications, deletes the subscription; a delivery failure deletes it automatically. Alerts without notifications enabled stay entirely in your browser. ## What the blockchain makes public Once you sign a transaction it goes to a public blockchain, where the addresses, tokens, amounts and timing are permanently visible to anyone and cannot be edited or deleted, by us or by you. We do not add to that record, and we do not analyze it to work out who you are. ## Children The interface is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. ## Changes to this policy We may update this policy. The date above is the version in force, and the current text is always the one published here.
